Exterior Window Washing

Outside-only cleaning for homes that already have the inside handled, properties about to be photographed for listing, or owners who want a between-cleans refresh.

When exterior-only makes sense

Pre-listing or open house — the most visible upgrade for the smallest spend.
Spring cleanup after pollen season has fouled the outside glass.
Fall cleanup after maple seeds, leaves, and rain spotting.
Vacation homes or short-term rentals where coordinating interior access is a hassle.
Maintenance pass between deeper interior + exterior cleans.

Method

Glass is hand-washed with a wetted T-bar and pulled off with a single-stroke squeegee. Frame edges are detailed with a microfiber so the wash line doesn't dry as a streak. Where ladder access is restricted (porch roofs, landscaping, ground-level decks), a water-fed carbon-fiber pole with deionized water is used — same finish, no soap film, no ladder footprint on flowerbeds.

Pricing

Exterior-only runs about 60% of the full interior + exterior package. A 1-story home in Allentown typically runs $110–$160; a 2-story home runs $160–$260. Quotes are flat-rate before any work starts.
